Midwest did an absolutely amazing job on our new HVAC system! James came to our house, took detailed measurements, gave suggestions, and talked to us thoroughly about our options within our budget. I also loved that the company uses Lennox products. Lennox has consistently been one of the top 4 HVAC product company from Consumer Reports. He mentioned all rebates about the system install and gave us time to review everything to ensure we wanted before we scheduled the install. The guys did a thorough job of removing and installing the new system with all new piping - gas lines and water lines to meet code, covered our new piping, and made everything secure. The guys that came and installed the system were nice, efficient, answered any questions I had and did not rush the job. They even took the time to fill in some loose spots in my HVAC duct work in the basement to ensure minimal leaks were occurring. I have included some before and after pictures and, to me, what a difference! We even got a whole house purifier and humidifier to help keep our house clean and comfortable. If I have any future HVAC needs, I will be calling Midwest!

We had Midwest install a new furnace and heat pump in our home. Jordan came out and gave us all of the options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each unit. Craig and Sam completed the install in a timely manner, making sure all of our questions were answered. Everyone at Midwest was super friendly and helpful, especially considering this was my first large HVAC purchase. It's a family owned business that cares about the customer!

I began having Midwest Heating and Cooling take care of my service in 2022 and have only have great experiences with their employees. Robert goes the extra mile to be sure things are done right completing the annual maintenance. Terry and Hayden just installed a new humidifier on my furnace and I am very happy with their work, very knowledgeable and kind. Clean up after every job is better than when they arrived. I am scheduled for a new hot water heater this month so I will have the opportunity to work with another side of the company, looking forward to it as much as I regret needing to replace my hot water heater. Their prices are better than average and lower then most.

Bob came through with a high energy efficient heat pump at a price comparable to lower efficiency models. The installation was done expertly and with care to detail. Time was taken to connect the humidifier and use the better filter system.

I can't say enough about how helpful Midwest Heating and Cooling was to us in a time of great stress (and deep in a Murphy's Law day.) I had called them because I couldn't remember who had originally installed the HVAC system in the house-and even though it wasn't them they got someone over quickly. When we couldn't get the door unlocked in sleeting, icy conditions they reassured me they would come back as soon as I could get in...and they did. They were able to quickly and professionally get the furnace going again and make us aware of the root issue that caused the problem, which we had suspected. I can't emphasize enough how much we appreciated all their help, expertise, professionalism, and reasonable rates.

From quote to installation, our new HVAC system went flawlessly. Midwest not only upgraded the equipment, but made sure all the associated components, connections and supply lines were to specification so the system would operate in the most efficient manner per the manufacturer. Of the companies I quoted, they were the only one who offered this level of detail. The installers were superb also!

I love this company. Their employees are knowledgeable and thorough and easy to talk to. They explain everything in a way that I understand and are helpful and never pushy. My family has been using them for twenty years and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
